DoWell True Moments UX Living Lab Dowell hackathon on ‘Digital Twin of Meeting Note Taker’ officially started on 12/10/2020.
A Digital Twin Note taker, is a concept of Dowell. It can be considered as a digital identity like a live member participating in a live interactive event/meeting/session irrespective of meeting platforms. This is to make a digital replica of the Note taker, who records the essence of the meeting as and when required or continuously. It can be proposed as an app or a bot which will be invited as a live member in the meetings. It should be envisaged to hear and take verbatim notes with speaker identification and timestamps along with audio and video recording and screen shots / screen shares.

Duration: 12th October,2020 (Monday) to 30th October,2020 (Friday).This is an online event. So participant can contribute at their convenience during the period specified

Eligibility Criteria:
Age limit 18 -25 years
Minimum education qualification- 12th/higher secondary passed
Communicative Language - English (Mandatory)
Software and Hardware- Stable internet connection with a working PC/Desktop is a must
Students / Job Seekers / non exclusive freelancers
Nationality- Any country (Law of Singapore shall be applicable to all the participants irrespective of their nationality.)
Participants have to sign a non disclosure agreement.

Participants wishing to sign up for the hackathon must complete the online Registration Form. All Participants in submitting their registration accept the event regulations and grant consent for the handling of their personal information by Dowell
Participants guarantee that the personal information provided upon registration is true and accurate, with no liability being attributed to DoWell in the event of any falsification and/or inaccuracy. Furthermore, inaccurate and/or falsified information can result in disqualification of the participant from the event.
Applications will be screened as per the criteria.
Participants need to have proper internet connection along with the needed hardware and software support.
This is a contributory hackathon.
Participant’s contribution will be judged on the basis of their participation and quality of contribution.
The organizer’s judgement is final.
Refer the calculation template for more clarity on the judgement method.
Discontinuing attendees will be considered only upon the stage they have participated.
Only full attendees will be considered for the final assessment.
Prizes to be awarded based on performance in each task and over all performance in the project.
The prize for the winning team will be 50$ amazon voucher
All participants of hackathon will be awarded participation certificates
Participants shall acknowledge and agree that Dowell shall have no liability whatsoever on how the prizes will be split up between team members.
